Those cars were really heavy pigs. Still, the bouncing archaic suspension and the slippery tyres sure helped moving it around.

probably a few slipped Discs too  :-\
not healthy
trouble is people have a prolapsed disc or two but don´t realise it until it one day hits a nerve.
