i find it funny as fuck how they make these plates these days.. feel good plates i call them... 225 looks 315.. whatta joke!

I call those huge plates "Ego Boosters".......looks like a ton but ain`t shit.

I assume the big plates are connected to crossfit and dropping bars? Some powerlifters prefer bumper plates vs thin metal ones and vice versa, some kind of aesthetic preference.

It must be a huge thing in Europe because pretty much every Anatoly vid is broskis with 6-8 plates and a 300kg max deadlifter is making it look like nothing to him.
