Hahaha good point! I just know that Jones had to eat himself to that weight. he was in a lower weight class. Without gear they just dont look as athletic.

Look Im 59, I grew up playing sports, I was always slim lean and had abs, almost all on on the teams I played at school were slim (see attached) just the odd fatty
Most guys I played rugby with in my early 20s were in reasonable shape, only a couple were in the condition I was because I trained every day, they just trained rugby two days a week and played on Saturday
only one of my friends was what you would call overweight out of a group of about 8 regular guys in the group.
People who didnt train looked reasonable
If a man is training every day for 4 hours hard work and eating a good diet he will not have a dad bod.

Jon Jones has always been cool to me. When he was sponsored by GAT, at the LA Fit Expo, we all went Saturday evening to a steakhouse in a private room for 30 of us, where he bought us some drinks, and had some great stories and times. But alas, no pictures were allowed there, per his contract, etc.

He's extremely talented but his outside the cage antics is what makes him lose respect from people. I don't keep up on the current UFC guys but I see lots of people complaining that Jones is ducking Aspinall.

The proof is in the pudding. You don’t need to see what an athlete training four hours a day looks like; there’s a photo of two of them. They are also at the pinnacle of their sport.
