Maybe it's because I'm a fleeting fellow that I don't understand why these people who more than likely don't own residential property, don't just move to another neighborhood, city, state or country. There's no excuse. If it sucks.  Move. End of story.

I'm referring to the innocent poor people.  Not the thugs. There is a difference.

Why move? Let the police profile the thugs and take care of the streets so the innocent people can live peacefully.

Because if we're talking about Chicago, they've been dealing with hell for decades and they need more than cops they need the national guard. If not that, then move. The cops obviously aren't enough. At least not what they're allowed to do at the moment.

The people are living in projects on the government dole.

They have to live there to get a free place.

Anybody that could move is long gone.

Chicago mayor has been told to GTFO

Chicago is gone beyond repair , not even  Giuliani could clean it like he did NYC.

X2 dumbest people on the planet. Really useless with nothing to add to society. America would be way better off without them.

I feel bad for them, they have got no money to move. I really feel bad for their children.
