that was when muscle mags were muscle mags

first one I got was 1984 ish. it had Bertil fox in it- bodybuilding monthly- published by a bloke called Dave Williams (Jeff??)

there was a training show of brutal (to women) doing biceps- my brother saw it and said he's got a fucking arse on his arms such was the split in his bi's.

used to live some Zulaks' writing in MMI
