With those boots, he just need the matching hat.
-
I almost thought it was B Hanks because of the face, the belly and the "oh shit" but then remembered he had 470lbs on his back.
-
If those plates are the same as my gym, he has no more than 300lbs on his back. Still decent given the amount of reps.
-
Impressive!!

Do you have any idea how ironic it is for a 250lb obese man to call me fat every post they make???
If the guy wants a compliment those are really nice cowboy boots he is squatting in like wtf

DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW IRONIC IT IS FOR YOU TO CALL ME OBESE WHEN YOU CHASE A 300 LB OBESE MAN ROUND FACEBOOK AND CALL HIM YOUR BUDDY?
245 TODAY- A MERE 28LB OF MUSCLE BIGGER THAN YOU AND A SHIT LOAD STRONGER. BOXING TODAY CANT WAIT I WILL PRETEND YOUR MUM/WIFE/SPENCER/YOU ARE IN FRONT OF ME

Rack is fine, Olympic Lifters use that type all the time. If he's squatting #470 x 20, he knows how to walk it in and out.
Boots aren't ideal, but probably closer to lifting shoes than sneakers. Hard sole, heel, good tarsal support usually.
-
Not sure how that's 470 lbs.
Let's assume all four plates are all 45-lbers (hard to tell, there are at least three different styles of plates there) and that the bar's 45. Where's the other 65 lbs? That one smaller plate on the end is 32.5 lbs ???
-
Boots are probably because he likes the heel elevation.

I was wondering how that added up as well...

Looks like 315 at most which is still beast. But the rubber plates are 45/25/10 and maybe the little metal ones on the end are 10 each.
-
Great squatting.
8x45 = 360
2x25 = 50 ???
bar =45 ???
collars = 11 ???
Total = 466-470
-
Some still prefer squat boots, sold on powerlifting sites.
-
When I trained at Koloseum we had 50kg plates that looked like that. Possible ???

Nobody in the comments questioned the weights, so it's probably that.
-
Tom Platz did 525x23. 470x20 is pretty damn impressive!
-

no getbiggers in the comments section....
-
Thats a lot of weight for that rickity ass squat stand
annnd there he goes again, compliment then criticism , he cant help himself
-
so those big plates must be 50kg each, guess we have to take his word for it.
-
I get 2 pairs of iron 44s/45s on the outside.
3rd plate in is a blue bumper, so 1 pair 44/45s (you can see a little blue paint on those).
I can't tell the innermost bumper plates, but 44/45 or maybe 55s.
Little plates are most likely 22s or 25s.
Bar 44/45
Collars, I don't know. Could be the standard 5kg/11lb type or something else.
The problem is, we don't know if he's mixing kgs and lbs or has some over/underweight plates. if he's counting collars (and what type), etc....
Every combo I ran came out close enough, so .
-

Have many in my gym, rubbered. They weight 20kg, about 45lbs.Hence the reason i said he is squatting 300lbs.
-
Collars weigh 11 lbs?
-
Collars weigh 11 lbs?
Some of the spinlock and heavier and powerlifting types go 10-11lbs -
(https://s.turbifycdn.com/aah/yhst-59118648745518/olympic-spinlock-collars-black-1-pair-fits-all-2-diameter-olympic-bar-sleeves-21.gif).
The idea being, that all together the collars and bar weigh exactly 55lbs in competition. Even though Americans think of the bar as #45lbs, usually they wind up being #44lbs/20kg so they can be marketed in the US and metric countries. Occasionally a maker will make a true #45lb bar.
I looked a bunch, and can't figure out the type he's using.
-
Buck Tow Truck is strong AF especially in squats.

he is legit and all weights are I've been following him for over a year.
also he just posted this from a public gym so should clear doubts
-
Generally I don't give fake plates a second thought, for strong lifters it's matter of honor. Yes really.
-
Seems legit guy but he is benching more of those big plates than on the squat bar.
-
I believe the old York collars with the thumbscrews on them weighed 5 + 1/2 pounds a piece.
The old York deep dish plates were the shit.
Whatever happened to 100 pound plates......a bitch to load a bar, but great for super strong guys......I haven`t seen any in many years.

We have 50kg/110lbs Eleiko plates. I could lift one in one hand for like 40 seconds, my buddy did 90 seconds. Just a thin lip on one side, scary amount of pain ;D Never saw anyone budge it on first try.
-

They still show up a little here and there, but when they started moving to the thin calibrated plates, they started to disappear. A lot had to do with the loaders, both in OL and PL. Many can't handle the 100s or 110s, and would rather load two 45s and a ten or two 55s, etc....
They also stopped using the green 55kg plates in OL competition back in the 80's because a lot of guys just didn't like how they felt during the lifts. But they might come back, they're running out of bar space for some of the bigger lifters, so there's a pitch to bring the 55kg plates back or make a new weight size.
I think the Paralympics have experimented with #60lb plates at a few competitions.

Thanks BB......nowadays I see people with a ton of light bumper plates that weigh 10 or 25 pounds which looks heavy so they can get an ego boost when in reality it`s pussy weight.....fucking snowflakes!!

You can easily tell by the way the bar is bending under the weight that it’s 400+ pounds. Looks like 2 45lb bumper plates, 2 regular 45s, a 25 and maybe an extra 5 or some small plate.
I’m gonna give the guy the benefit of the doubt and assume he didn’t lie about having an extra 15lbs on there for no apparent reason
-
Some still prefer squat boots, sold on powerlifting sites.
He looks like he's wearing cuban heels or cowboy boots
-
Here's 495x20.
I still can't make sense out of the plates. His left side (viewer's right) looks like it has six plates, two very thick ones (nh) then a slightly less thick one, then a very thin one, then two normal-looking cast-irons. The left side just looks like five 45s which would be 495 on a 45-lb barbell.
I assume he's using some clips here with the bar bending that much but hard to tell for sure with the potato video quality.

Weird Plates Of Peace ???

Oh Basile would have no trouble with these I'm sure.
-
He also has the (outer one, at least) plate facing inward on the bar which is atypical.
Not saying the guy isn't strong, clearly he is, just some weird-looking setups here.
-
I've done 225lbs. for 100 reps and 300lbs. (it might've been 315lbs. but I am almost certain it was 300!) for 50 reps. My last day in a gym I trained at I did 515 for 20, 535 for 20, 585 for 5 and then back down to 515 for 20. I changed gyms and they didn't always have enough weight so I just did more reps. Leg extensions were done with up to 750lbs. Two coaches estimated my max squat to be at least 700lbs. but to be honest I never tried as I preferred lighter weights for high reps so that I wouldn't be injured.
495 X 20 is nothing on Getbig.
Shit we have guys here who bang out 65 reps at well over 500 lbs in just 4 sets.
-

actually to be serious you can probably count on one hand how many in the entire world who can do that right now.
a guy just reppin that out in his garage gym, not even knee sleeves is pretty crazy.
-
Since The Scott can't remember if it was 300 or 315, maybe he is also misremembering some details on doing 65 reps with an average of 526 lbs.

Unlikely: his memory is incredible. He did say he was on 3 gallons of milk and whipping cream at the time, which is basically nature's steroids, so that probably helped a shit-load.
-
4 plates a side + bar is 404 + 11 collars is 415
Add two 25s is 465
Miscellaneous plates 2x2.5?
-

Oh well hold on now, that changes everything.
I was always told the anabolic sweet spot for whole milk was 2.24 gallons.
It’s no wonder more Getbiggers aren’t putting up world record numbers in their everyday home workouts.

MAXX I don't think there's ever been anyone who could do that, don't forget, there were 750lbs of leg extentions as well. Poor Tom Plats could manage a couple of reps with 250lbs, here's this guy who adds abother 500lbs lol. Was the post some kind of super trolling, or shitposting or even delusion, what's the explanation? ;D
But then again he used to be a black dwarf. Coach says he's met The Scott, maybe others as well.

Legendary feats of strength claimed by The Scott, to be sure

That’s how I was taught back in high school fwiw … not like it makes the slightest difference LOL

Yep, always have the plates lettering facing inwards.
-
Yep, always have the plates lettering facing inwards.
Except the outermost, that's how they do it in the IPF :D 99% of powerlifters can't train if one is the wrong way, not mix color of same make of same weight. For example 5kg Eleiko can come in black, green and white.

nah I mean the 495x20. Few people in the world can do that. Tops 10 people if even that.
Never heard claims from "The Scott" and I don't care.. obvious nonsense
-
I recall when The Scott was challenged on the 750 lb extensions, he seemed unclear on the distinction between the "leg extensions" machine and the "leg press" machine.
-

With that squatting prowess I can only assume sets of leg extensions with 300% of Tom Platz’s maximum is believable.
Or maybe guys who can bang out high rep sets with nearly 600 lbs often do their leg presses with 750 lbs, seems entirely plausible?
-
It was the 250 stack with a dude stading on top holding 250lbs of plates.

Think about that for a moment, how exactly does a 250 lb person stand on top of the leg extension weight stack AND hold 250 lbs of plates in their bare hands?
I’m not sure how I would hold 250 pounds of plates while standing on a flat floor.

Read this again and laughed all over again. I really missed the claims of the 750lb leg extension the first time around. What an absurd lie .. it’s like saying you bench pressed 2000lbs or that you can destroy small towns with your mind - just totally divorced from reality
-

Earlier telling -
Your friend is VERY strong! Well done indeed!
I've done mutiple sets of 20 with 515 and 535 followed by 585 for 5. 225 for 100 reps. 315 or 300 (?) for 50 reps. 700lbs vertical leg press for 50 reps. 225lb leg extension for 100 reps and I broke the leg extention machine at 10+ reps with approx. 750lbs. Humbled two San Diego Chargers on the squat one day.
In my early 50s I could still do multiple sets of 20 with 400+ on the bar. Not any more.
And I never could bench press for beans. Or dead lift for that matter.
But as his holines Monsignor bhanky tells us the past ain't now. :'( Just memories but they are true and all mine. I weighed 250lbs at 6' 1.5" or so.

I have no problem with people not believing the weights and reps but I know what I did. At the time, no one looked at me in the gym like I was inhuman. I was just another guy working out and again, it took ten long years to reach those weights.
As for the your comments, if I could "destroy small towns" with my mind I guarantee that Mecca and more would've long been gone. ;D

Wait,, so this retard is claiming he drank 3 of these every single day?
And also squatted over 500lbs for reps that not even the world's strongest man on a boatload of steroids could do? Okay what the fuck is wrong with this guy? Pathological liar or what.

lol bitter much?
he is strong AF deal with it. Trains hard pretty much every day. big reason why he has subscribers.
and not like he's close to being natural either he's open with what compounds he's running all the time. Usually test base 250-1000 or whatever it was with one or two added compounds on top of that. Last time he said he was on test/anavar/dbol. Sometimes he adds tren and what not.
btw most strongmen drink a shitload of milk

I'm talking about the poster called the scott, you tampon. I posted the video of the world's strongest man as an example of what the best in the world is doing,, which still doesn't come anywhere close to what the scott claims to have done. The guy must be insane.

I believe the Scott. My buddy who is natural squatted in front of me at 6’ 270 he did 315 for 50 and 500 for 20-30 All below parallel. Some guys can just squat. Just cause some strongmen can’t do it don’t mean some regular guy can’t. I benched 495 for a triple lots of strongmen can’t do that but I couldn’t squat shit. Lots of regular guys are crazy strong if it’s what they are focusing on.

What a dumbass.

yeah but that weight is light for him. also you learn to dump it easily
power rack is more important when benching alone

First, thank you so very much.
You are correct. There are untold numbers of men who train alone, in gyms and at home. This is how it has been for decades. I cannot bench press well. Never could, even at 250lbs. nor could I deadlift that much. But when my friends told me about J.C. Hise and his "milk and breathing squats" routine I took it to my very soul to give it all I could. I do understand those that do not think I could do what I have done and now of course, I am old and quite weak. I cannot and have not trained with any degree of seriousness for a while now. Even if I did, I will never be as I was. My family often reminds me of this. ;D
Again, thank you. We have not met, but I know you by your words here and how you live them both here and in the real world, trust me. You are a good man in whom I find no deceit. I think the same of more than a few others here too.
The others here (Hi MAXX!) that chide me in the hope of upsetting me? Keep treading water. And yes, I have a sense of humor and even enjoy your epicene efforts. ;D
-
My vocabulary isn`t limited to the words dog and cat but now I have to Google the word epicene!! :D

Well, within the context of my message I did infer that his efforts to belittle me were flaccid. ;D ;D
-
Scott says no one looked at him like he was special. Anyone seeing that feat would spread it like wildfire throughout the world even preinternet. It's like if you were at the track and people saw you run 100m in 6 seconds.
But him doubling up is interesting.
-
Setting aside veracity, The Scott has been consistent on the numbers for a decade
Excellent, sir! I salute you!
Some of mine:
SQUATS-
300 lbs. 50 reps.
225 lbs. 100 reps.
Four set session:
1st set 515 lbs. 20 reps.
2nd set 535 lbs. 20 reps.
3rd set 585 lbs. 5 reps.
4th set 515 lbs. 20 reps.
Inverted leg press (the best kind) 700 lbs. 50 reps.
Leg extensions (broke the machine) 750+ lbs. 10 reps.
Leg curls 350 lbs. 10 reps.
Bench press - Fuggetaboutit. I sucked at bench and barely got 350 lbs. for one rep. ;D
Bodyweight for these was between 225 lbs. and 250 lbs. at a height of 6' 1" or so. I never did a single on the squat but have had it estimated by a couple of coaches to have been at least 700 lbs. Leg training was what made me big and strong. Now I am just a regular guy. Dammit! ;D
And ProudVirgin has been consistent on the skepticism :D
So you, as a natural, did more than Tom Platz, a juiced bodybuilder who had some of the strongest legs ever?
Riiiiiight ::)
-
Setting aside veracity, The Scott has been consistent on the numbers for a decade
And ProudVirgin has been consistent on the skepticism :D
Leg curls 350lbs wtf, I've done these hard for a lifetime and could only manage a few with like 150bs. And hams were one of my strongest parts.

Yeah, but impressive as that is from your buddy, it is still within the realm of what is believable. Now imagine him adding 35lbs and doing another 20 reps. Now, add another 50lbs and do 5 reps. Now drop it back down to a paltry 515lbs again and bust out another 20 reps.
Now picture a 750lb leg-extension machine, and a 200lb+ man precariously balancing somewhere on it while holding 250lbs of plates as The Scott reps it out until it breaks. These are the unhinged ramblings of a mentally ill fantasist, and the only reason he gets away with it is because whenever he's called out, he launches into his sycophantic Jesus of Nazareth routine to escape the consequences of his dishonesty. It's a transparent and craven tactic but it works because it effectively guilt-trips people into feeling like they’re attacking a dear friend.
"Brother, Brother! You are a good man in whom I find no deceit. Verily, I say unto you, before the rooster crows tonight, Getbiggers will deny me thrice! But you, brother, I know you by how you live!"
This is manipulation. The Scott tries to portray himself as an exemplar of biblical virtue while lying in order to ingratiate himself with people here. And it's not just the occasional fib; it is constant, egregious fabrications about every aspect of his life and identity, while also condemning everyone else to death for their immorality.
He never drank 20-odd tins of Monster energy a day, he never threw anyone through walls, he never accomplished record-breaking feats of superhuman strength, he doesn't have half a dozen polyglot friends, he's never set foot in the Middle East, and he never worked as some head-cracking doorman. God, he's not even honest about his height and weight. You guys are conversing with an impostor who looks like Michel Petrucciani in real life.
Now, the Upside-Down Coffee Cup Challenge is sacred to us here. It is the integrity test by which men and women are judged as credible, and I think it is high time The Scott met this challenge. I am respectfully requesting a full-length body photo (clothed) while clutching the hallowed cup in order to verify The Scott's claimed height at the very least.
-
The Scotts claims reminds me of a time when a guy I knew claimed he could bench 225lbs for a crazy number of reps. Eventually caught up with him at the gym and asked him to show me. He proceeds to a chest press and pins the stack at 225lbs and reps it out.
-
Yeah, but impressive as that is from your buddy, it is still within the realm of what is believable.

Wow that is some takedown
He professes The Nazarene yet condemns people to hades every day. Shitskins should be killed en masse, no mercy. Absolute genocide, and as you say he probably has had no contact with muslims at all. But then he says he saw "something" when he died and he "knows" what awaits the shitskins, other times he saw nothing at all.
I don't really mind him but he deserves to be called out for talking so tough and holy. Other times he even says he doesn't believe in the Nazarene but wants to ???
A mass of contradictions, let's not forget the time when he claimed to be a black dwarf.

Your words need a tab or three of Viagra. ;D
I am quite old now. I am now roughly 5' 11" in height (it varies with the time of day due to compression of the spine throughout the day, but I suspect you knew that) having lost height due to age and injuries. The latter is common among manual laborers of which I did a lot of in my youth and that came in handy later in life. My best lifting is well over 40 years ago. Many of the people that trained where I did knew me for years, some for more than a decade. Unlike you, they actually knew me. I was a lousy bench presser, putting up an okay 350lbs at 250lbs. body weight.
As for my following the Nazarene, it is common knowledge that I lost my faith some time ago. I am struggling with it now and will not claim to be a true Christian until I can control my anger and disgust with pusillanimous individuals, most notably liberals, cuckolds and ignorant negroes and weegroes. That you seek to belittle me for praising honesty and virtue in others as well as mocking my words? You remind me of less intelligent people whose mother didn't strive to help them learn how to express themselves.
Keep treading water and pray the Great Whites don't find you. ;D

Leg curls 350lbs wtf, I've done these hard for a lifetime and could only manage a few with like 150bs. And hams were one of my strongest parts.
I am sure you were stronger than I on something, probably bench or military press. Nothing to get worked up over. I know you are a lot stronger than me now. ;D Shoot. Most everybody is. It is what happens as we age.

Scott, you can drop the 'intellectually superior' charade as it's fooling nobody. You write like a man of limited intelligence who's trying very hard to sound verbose and educated. It just doesn't work. Your insecurities around this subject are further evidenced by the fact that you claim your friend and mentor Reeves was a MENSA-level genius, whereas you are double-digit borderline retarded. You drastically inflate your own intelligence on one account while marginally downplaying it on another in order to invite sympathy and compliments for a self-esteem boost.
The fact is, you and Reeves are the same person. I've checked the IP addresses of both and they're the same. So was Reeves the little black midget living with you? You either lied about yourself on the Reeves account or you're lying about yourself now. And you sure as hell never lifted those weights. Words are all we have on here and you've revealed yours to be vacuous and deceitful. What I'm asking for now is the upside down cup photo with your body displayed. If you are genuinely struggling with this, I'll talk you through it step by step. And if you somehow prove me wrong, I'll apologize and never mention it again.

Thank you for the request of me to take a picture and post it but I don't do that stuff. It's common knowledge that I have tested low IQ and I have the scars to show why. I have met a few people here and they know what I look like and who I am. I was strong (apparently too strong to believe on leg work, LOL!) when I was much younger and now I am old and quite weak which is normal for people in their 70s and beyond and quite frustrating for me. Perhaps we will some day meet, which would be nice but given my age and my physical limitations that is unlikely.

Well, well, isn’t that a stiff dick right into a bullshitter’s eye.
A brutal takedown by Phantom Spunker applied on a SMM-level scale. You can barely hear the chihuahuas chirping in the background now.
Sets of 750 pound leg extensions….bwahahahahahaha! Pure horseshit, let me guess, another 70 year old on his way to a Pro Card! Bwahahahahahaha!!

Certain tactics cannot be revealed. But I will say that hand-on-heart what I'm claiming has been confirmed by a moderator on here, too. If The Scott and Reeves were separate people, they lived together in the same house and shared the exact same thoughts and writing style.
I'd like to ask who here can confirm that they've met him in real life, as he claims? Coach and I disagree on much, but I don't take him to be deliberately dishonest. If he says he's met him in real life, I will take his word for it. I don't believe for one second that he has, though. Email correspondence at best.

I have no problem with people not believing the weights and reps but I know what I did. At the time, no one looked at me in the gym like I was inhuman. I was just another guy working out and again, it took ten long years to reach those weights.
As for the your comments, if I could "destroy small towns" with my mind I guarantee that Mecca and more would've long been gone. ;D
He just can’t stop himself :D
I gotta respect a man who doubles down when challenged, especially when he does so in such a friendly manner. Mr Scott, you’re all right 8)

Setting aside veracity, The Scott has been consistent on the numbers for a decade
And ProudVirgin has been consistent on the skepticism :D
Lmfao at the time I remember thinking “am I taking crazy pills?? Why isn’t anyone questioning this?”
I’m glad to see my 10-year campaign for the truth is paying off! ;D
-
First, thank you so very much.
And yes, I have a sense of humor and even enjoy your epicene efforts. ;D

It’s like the blatantly obvious lie was dead on the table numerous times, but kept being resurrected and brought back to life again and again by another bullshitting gimmick and his chihuahua sidekick.
A flurry of typing will ensue, with lame threats of outings and tall tales of violence “back in the day.”
I think Phantom Spunker has made a great late season push for the 2024 POTY Award.
And “The Scott” just got collectively throat fucked by Getbig’s 38 active members.

Phantom's outing of 'Teutonic Knight' was the purest single post knock-out I can recall seeing, the guy has not been seen since. Note to self: never post a plane ticket on getbig
This does however put PS's recent Reeves "In Loving Memory" thread in a more nuanced light haha

Now, back to squat claims and counterclaims :D ...
-
Lmfao at the time I remember thinking “am I taking crazy pills?? Why isn’t anyone questioning this?”
I’m glad to see my 10-year campaign for the truth is paying off! ;D
I didn't even realise he made those claims so long ago, just saw the most recent posting, and didn't even go hard on him. The thing is, the loads were exquisitly chosen, it wasn't wasn't 1000lbs squats, it was impossible, but the uninitiated might go along with it.
Here's Casey Viator's famous claim
"Legs (conventional method)
1.) Leg Press 750 lbs. x 20 reps.
2.) Leg Extension – 250 lbs. x 14 to 20 reps.
3.) Full Squat – 505 x 14-20.
4.) Leg Curl – 150 x 14-20.
These exercises are done one after the other without the usual rest associated with such large poundages. I would like to see anyone else duplicate this."
Now you can question this, I certainly do, but it's not so far out of the realm of possibilty as The Scott's claimed workout imo. Tell me who has ever claimed close to what Scott did? Now either Scott was clueless or he didn't care to cement his claim of being the best squatter until then and still until today, otherwise he would be the legend of legends, undisputed #1, if someone serious vouched for it. Wenning is one beast who can and probably did beat Platz's famous set (Platz's is questionable in itself due to the characters involved).
Fortress said Platz told him he had done a set with 315 for slightly over 50, not the 405 × 50 × two sets some articles claimed. I believe Fortress, he doesn't baloney around about strength. I said earlier that I tend to believe true strength lovers about their loads because the one you're hurting is yourself if you lie. It's a matter of honor, serious shit :D If someone did manage Scott's workout, it might take 6 months to recover from, possibly even ending a career (great way to finish a career though, who cares what you did after, glorious). :D
-
Im surprised many wild claims havent been buried amongst hankins avalance of lies
Reality and getbig are no longer bedfellows.

Lols. Chinmoy was an egotist and took advantage of women under the guise of being a perfected spiritual master. He spent time at the Sri Aurobindo ashram in Pondicherry whose philosophy embraced physical culture and life in the world instead of ascetiscm. I was there twice.

You can also get data form pictures people post if you knoiw what youre doing
I'm very impressed by the geolocation they are able to do now from just a partial pic of a house with a blurred roof or a flag mast photographed against the blue sky or whatever.
-
any photo from their PC, they all have data attached, once you save an image onto your PC it can be traced
I agree, what pics have Scott or Reeves posted?

it kills him I wont give him his minute in the sunlight.
and thats why he is never coming near my country let alone my city. full of shit. when 2 gyms were sorted for him and josh to have it within 10 minutes of him getting the details he contacted them threatened them with liablitiy and damages and they stopped it
thats all you need to know about hard man hankins. not a fucking chance

I'll PM, Chaos.

Which one ;D
When The Scott and I met, you could clearly see that he was a large man, has that old muscle look about him. Maybe not in his current form, no idea, haven't met up with him in a while. As far as his strength claims, I have no idea, I wasn't there but I've seen some gnarly lifts from guys in jeans and tshirts and I'm sure you have as well.

If you've met him, then I take your word for it. That is really strange, though, regarding the rest.

I'm not. There's absolutely no chance that it's not the same person on the Reeves and Scott accounts. You only have to read them to see that. So if he's not a little half-caste midget, then he was making all that up on the Reeves account and perhaps that's why he killed him off. I don't think there's any need to even argue that the squat claims might be possible.
-

A couple of us here have met him, he is a large fella. I responded to your PM.

You did, thanks. And I trust what you say about his stature. Therefore, he was LARPing as a Black midget for ages for reasons beyond me, but it's the internet and people do crazy things for fun. The squat claims are obvious nonsense but I won't bang on about it any more.

midget or dwarf?
One would have more believable strength achievements

Standard, non-bobble head midget.
I'm now just under five feet.
I cannot help but wonder what it is really like to be a normal sized man, much less so what men like chaos, Groink and Bam Bam are.
I will never know and that is beginning to sadden me more than I ever thought, even in my childhood.
I envy you three. Enjoy life, gentlemen.
"Oh for fuck's sake..." I'm barely five feet tall, big boy. ;D The inference is that I tower over you mentally and by the looks of your rebuttal... I do. ;)
Oh, and thanks for the comparison to Pygmalion. As you undoubtedly know. ;D*SNICKER* ;D his story has been retold in a variety of forms. I highly recommend the film "My Fair Lady". It has an excellent score and the presentation is at once modern and period.
I understand you, but then I am me and you are you. Have we achieved clarity on this subject, sir? ;D
Thank you. And yes, it does suck being this "tall", but I've dealt with it since I was a child. My parents were quite short and apparently I inherited it from them. ;D
The wit, the way with words...Those were developed in school as well as on the playground due to being made fun of. ;) I have a sense of humor about myself and it has served me well all these years. All the best to you, young man.
A very nice physique. You look quite tall too, but then I'm barely five feet myself. I'm no fan of drugs, but your physique looks to be built on hard work as well. I think that your standing straight in poses adds to your "look" in an very positive way. Too many bodybuilders squat down to "emphasize" their overbuilt hamstrings and fat asses and "hide" their huge guts, but you seem quite proportionate and as I said, you look taller than most people on the dais.
Good luck.

The aforementioned Reeves (PIP) was fortunate enough to have witnessed The Scott's iconic squat workout
Good friend and former training partner was the best squatter I have personally seen. One day I watched him do a routine of 515 for twenty reps, 535 for twenty reps, 585 for five reps and then a final set of 515 for twenty reps. He did these weights with ease and they were done after leg extensions and leg curls. He was about 6' 1" and 250 pounds. I asked a powerlifter what he thought the guy could do for one rep and he said at least 700 or more. This was in the mid 1980s, no stupid suits but he did wrap his knees and wore a four inch belt.
We moved to a new gym one summer that didn't have enough weight to go around and so he would do things like a single set of 225 for 100 reps. Another day I watched him do 300 for 50 reps. This was a guy that did 700 pounds for 50 reps on the inverted leg press and broke our leg extension machine while repping with 750 pounds. Couldn't bench press to save his life but I did see him easily deadlift 500 one day when the power lifters were joking around with him.
Me? Even though I'm tiny I can't really do squat on the squat. Go figure. My buddy said it literally changed his physique and I believe him.

This is turning into quite the investigation!

Also very similar musical tastes - its no wonder they were such great friends
Among Rock music I would say that without a doubt it is The Beatles. Otherwise I am partial to the Glen Miller Orchestra, Count Basie and his big band or perhaps Duke Ellington and his group.
But for a band that has the greatest influence on pop culture in the last 50 or so years it is without a doubt the one composed of John, Paul, George and Ringo... The Beatles.
The Beatles.
Led Zeppelin.
Grand Funk Railroad.
If more traditional then...
The Glen Miller Orchestra.
Duke Ellington Orchestra.
Count Basie Orchestra.
Honorable mention goes to the great Cab Calloway and his band.

Oh I think this Reeves fellow seems VERY believable. 🙄
What a total crock of shit. Fuck that lying typist asshole with a Muslim dick.
“But, but, but….I drank milk.” Bwahahahahahaha!

You must be commended, you are doing God’s work.
I hope on your deathbed that the good Lord brings you back to life 7 or 8 times.
Bwahahahahahaha! 🤣

The Scott is a fellow fan of he of the mighty pompadour
Elvis: often imitated, never duplicated.
Yup. My big sister saw him at the H.I.C. in Hawaii in the early seventies (a live album was made of the concert). I've been past Graceland several times but never stopped in. Of course I wasn't driving... ;D
Somewhere in the garage I've got a bunch of 45s put out when he died. The sleeves were full color and the records were great fun to listen to. I've looked for them but it could be that they wound up in the trash bin years ago. Dammit.

LMAO. I guess the great John's teachings also extended into popular music pedagogy. No wonder The Scott describes him as the smartest, wittiest individual he's ever met.

I will discuss your tripe when we meet, if that is at all possible as I prefer to meet people and especially so those that do this sort of kiddie stuff. Now you have an idea of what I look like so if we can ever meet that is when we will talk about it all.
I've read no apologies on my appearance but then I don't recall who said they would apologize when they spoke with chaos, but this is a forum and that's to be expected.

Nice one.
-
750 lb leg extensions for sets…until the machine broke.
Now that is a load of verbose bullshit.
Go get your fucking shinebox, gimmick.
-
Please tell me he’s not Canadian.
-
Please tell me he’s not Canadian.
Dammit! ;D
The legendary bullshitter The Scott / Reeves may not be Canadian but he is definitely a lying lover of Muslim dick gimmick.
