damn, is that 315 on presses behind neck?
-
You know, I don't know. I thought it was at first but he is in Europe and his gym didn't have the standard plates you see around gyms in North America. I'm not sure how many kilos each of those plates are.
He is pretty strong and also pretty intense. What impressed me the most about the DVD was his physique though. After watching it I definitely feel he is top 10 in the world.
his quads look freaky as shit when he's stretching his hamstrings.
-
He's impressive, but he still has a long way to go before he can stand toe to toe with his nemesis, the Mighty, Delusional Bob 'Chickster' who claims to have him beat in the symetry department and other pipe dream induced area's . Right Roberto? ::)

on each side 3times 20kg and the bar is 15kg = 130kg behind neck
-
3 x 20kg plates a side? Thats 120kg plus the bar is 20kg (not 15), so that would make 140kg or 308lbs

That's correct, here in australia we have the 20 kg plates and bars, which work out to be approximately 44 pounds each. It's easy enogh just to say 45 pds so he is lifting 315.

Matt, I read your review, it was good but I think you have a lot of the weights mixed up. The plates are definetely 20kgs (45 pounds) each. Also, did the dumbells say kg's or pounds on the side? Or were you converting the kilos to pounds (x2.2)? At my gym we have both weights on there, for example 40kg 90 pounds. Anyway, great review, thanks.

Mustafa, YOU ROOOOOCK!!!! :o

one more pic (stretching before quad workout)

the reason i have a hard time believing that he's pressing 315 behind neck is that if he was going that heavy he would be able to press much more than 80-85lb. dumbbells on his second movement, he should be pressing at least 110-120lb. db's if that were the case.

Looking at the pictures of Mustaffa, I must say that his thick pecs look to rank up there with Markus Ruhl, Dennis James, and Ronnie Coleman.
His thighs are close to Ronnies too.
If Mustaffa had Levrone's deltoids, he'd be a top 3 Olympia threat every year.

I think he's too short to do any damage.

Dennis and Branch are dwarfes then.

The angle the picture was taken in makes Mustafa look a bit taller. The picture was taken from the left and Mustafa was on the far left so he looks a bit bigger and taller. His height isn't the issue with his placings though. Lee Priest is shorter and wins shows. It's his conditioning and symmetry. His quads & hams overpower the rest of his physique. His chest overpowers his shoulders and he need to learn to pay Milos on time! Ok that last part was just a joke but you get what I'm saying.

I wonder what Frank Zane's opinion of the 5'8 250lb bodybuilder is?

Right on the money. The middle picture is the exception where both Branch and Dennis have their heads bent down and Mustafa is straight up so that he appears taller. On a side note Both branch and Dennis totally own Mustafa on conditioning though not necessarily size.

How tall are you? I am 5'9 and do not consider my (our "our", mine and Mustafa's) height to be short. Not tall, yes. But also not short.

Please, explain this picture then.

Again it's the photo. Look at it closely. Branch is slightly in front of the camera and Mustafa is slightly further back so that he looks taller and Branch looks shorter. Additionally Branch's head is bent down which ads to this effect not to mention that Branch has obviously not fully executed his lat spread and Mustafa nailed it for that shot. On a side note Branch's back is not one of his strong points and if both Branch and Mustafa both executed the shot perfectly for that picture Mustafa would easily own Branch on width, thickness though not conditioning, i.e. Branches hamstrings are more clearly separated and he has gluteal striations while Mustafa's muscularity is good his glutes are smooth and has less hamstring detail.
Hope this helps.

mars shut up or buy some glasses oke?

mustafa's back is one million times better than branch's.
branch is great but the ONLY thing he has on mustafa is grainy conditioning.
