Yeah, for a couple weeks like most programs. I like staggering workouts.

Have done it many a time.......brutal as the sets go on.
I liked it.

Never had the stamina for it, or maybe i used too much weight. Always got great results from brief high intensity variations, so i stucked with that.

yes you got to adjust the weight for 8x8 or 10x10, short High intensity is another animal

Knowing how tough this gets as time goes on,I started off intentionally using slightly lighter weight with impeccable form, and stayed at this weight attempting to maintain that form as I reached the latter sets, which were a bitch due to very minimal rest between sets.

It's horrible. I started with a little heavier weight the first time and ended up stripping weight after the 5th or 6th set.
