Title: Please Define...
Post by: jaejonna on May 04, 2006, 06:50:19 AM
I guess there is a diffrence huh ??

Fan = Bodybuilder Enthusiast with no opinion, only praise
Troll = Bodybuilder Enthusiast with opinion, praise and critism

Bodybuilders love Fans, hate trolls

That is in the eye of the beholder.

And this is just a rephrased attempt at rehashing the same subject.

A troll is someone who enjoys baiting others to get a reaction out of them.

There's a world of difference between offering criticism and baiting someone until you get the desired reaction (or "meltdown").  I think everyone knows that.

Playing stupid is all part of extending the time spent "in character".

I think the assumption made by some of the pro's that most of the people on here aren't fans is false. Most of them are fans but would like to see bodybuilding in better form. If the supplement and media industry around bodybuilding are generating billions of revenue each year, there is obviously a vast interest in the sport. Now why are the shows small market?
