There's the press release. Basically Ronnie's company subcontracted another company to handle the bagging of bulk protein powder. They, in turn, subbed it out to another big firm, that had no experience doing that type of packaging. The bags were busting open in handling, etc..... causing spoilage.

Yeah, that company was probably deep in debt to start with. The 15 million won't help much.
