 pic'd are a few of mine.my father bought me the 70 lb set when I was 8 years old, still have it. I've sold some of my billards but still have a ton left.

The video about Billard standard was disappointing because, other than showing a few different style plates, he told nothing of interest about them.

   Info of this nature is rather sketchy and hard to find on the interweb. I have the two training manuals and an early equipment catalog of billard.

Over the course of many centuries I have owned Billard plates,Good Barbell Co. plates,Weider,York,Lou Ferrigno,Roberts BB Co.,Dan Lurie,Marcy,DP, and a whole lot more that don`t come to mind presently.

Over the course of man centuries I have owned Billard plates,Good Barbell Co. plates,Weider,York,Lou Ferrigno,Roberts BB Co.,Dan Lurie,Marcy,DP, and a whole lot more that don`t come to mind presently.
   the good plates are probably the rarest of the bunch they go for good money on E-Bay.  I have a bunch of reading barbell plates which is what good turned into later on.

I recall sending away for two small boxes of 2+1/2 pound plates from Good BB when I was a kid.

Reading was another few plates I had.....quite a few actually.....thanks for jump sharting the old spank memory bank Funk.  :D
