As I flip thru YouTube lately I keep seeing the loyalty test where a guy asks couples how long they eve been together and to swap phones for 60 seconds or asks if he can search dating apps using their faces for AI. The common theme I’ve found is men are usually fine with having their girl look thru their phones but women are not. They say it’s a privacy thing. No it’s a whore thing. I think it's fully understandable to have doubt regarding these things, and these doubts will only ever be exacerbated by the toxic nature of social media. Anything is possible. I’m on a low dose for sure, I’m now taking 60mgs of cyp every 5 days. But it def could. My estrogen is a bit high as well. I definitely don’t need help going crazy so even a little in the wrong direction could do it. I always look for what isn’t there as a lot of stuff I did in my life was dealing with bad people and I learned that they lied constantly so I Carrie that over to regular life and think all people are like that. I just don’t know if it’s reality or my mind just gone that makes me think all people are trying to get one over on me.

I don't think you are mentally ill, given that you are aware of the issues. Counseling might help you organize your ideas and thoughts. We all had our misfortunes with women, but if you found nothing, remember she chose you to father your kids, and i believe she wants to be part of the solution, not the problem. A friend of mine looked through his wifes phone (only married for a year). Agree, he chose a wrong type of woman.
Although I don't believe in setting boundaries is something that you should do. A woman is not stupid by just being a woman, emotional yes(which makes them often irrational), but calculated non the less. Devious in a different way. A fairly intelligent woman knows what's okay or not in a relationship. Crossing a boundary means she's looking for an out.
If my girl told me she was going to start classes in something with physical contact of the other sex, like say martial arts, or dance classes. I would tell her to do it.
