Best to not reheat or cook in plastic containers.

How else are we supposed to reheat?
-
Does Tupperware count? I don't want to tote my thanksgiving meal in a heavy ceramic casserole dish.
-
easting peach cobbler and sausage and gravy off a plate fuckes you up as well

Only if you have “Crohn’s” disease.
-
Stop microwaving food too, I hate seeing serious athletes rely on it.

Glass or ceramic.

I wouldn't reheat in any plastic personally.
Also don't cover with plastic wrap when you reheat.
Don't drink hot liquids from plastic either, only cold. Use glass or ceramic.

No, that's good for you.
Use smelling salts when you do pullups too.
Do you use smelling salts, Swifty?

Wow! I thought plastic was GOOD for the heart ???

Agree. I can taste the "paper" cups that coffee comes in. The thin plastic lining melts slightly and taints the flavor. Coffee always tastes better from a mug.

Cast iron skillets might be bad for some steroid users?

Excessive and harsh wiping can irritate your rectum. Instead of wiping too much or too hard, rinse the area. Consider a bidet attachment or rinse bottle.

Pretty much anything can cause ‘extensive’ heart damage

I'm embarrassed to remember this, but some here said Cutler showered every time he went to the bathroom :D
There's a saying, wiping your asshole is like painting it with shit.

Probably when at his biggest the shit went everywhere due to the volume of food & wiping a huge ass was difficult. ;D

Kovacs used towels and had his wife helping him wipe :D

When I travel I always stick a pack of wet wipes in my small rucksack :D

I came up with an eco friendly toliet accessory
A mirror in the toilet to check if your ass is clean to save you wasting paper on the last wipe
We always have a wipe until the paper is clean, in reality that one is a waste.
Just imagine how many trees we could save between us if we all used the mirror instead.
Blind people could have a camera installed with a little horn that went off if it was clean to save paper
Should I pitch this on Dragons Den?

Yup, they apparently raise your levels of ferritin (protein that stores iron in the body).

Well I think to save you should use both sides of each sheet of paper.
Hole in paper insert finger, wipe & reverse sides. :D

I wanted a skillet a while back and was reading about the seasoning process and what not, and then read about the iron issue. I had heard about the iron from my mom a long time ago, how that could be a source of "dietary" iron. The article said some people should never use one, like people with hemochromatosis. Apparently, in some situations one might ingest something like 18mg of iron if you cooked tomato sauce in one or something else acidic which could easily be toxic. Many experts say males should never take a multivitamin/mineral with iron unless they had checked their iron levels or been recommended by a doctor. Too much iron of course is toxic and can cause huge oxidation/free radicals in the liver among other things. Incidentally I have low iron, unknown cause at this time and I'm taking prescribed iron. The reason I said steroid users is of course due to the red blood cell buildup from them which iron facilitates. Some bodybuilders use heavy metal chelators to bind iron, such as "IP6" 8)

The Japanese are experts in toilets. Apparently even many public toilets wash your ass automatically with a water stream :D
The shit may be gone visually but let's say you could do a smell test :D

Another problem that arises when mixing vitamin C with ferrous iron (Fe3+) is a chemical process called the Fenton reaction, which basically leads to the formation of cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals. Not super-healthy.

But is this something to worry about? Vitamin C is said to increase iron absorption a lot so many iron supplements contain vitamin C. I have been taking my iron pill with one gram of C. I got a couple of bags of iron via IV a couple of years ago but for some reason this has been discontinued here.

It should theoretically not be a major concern for healthy individuals. However, at high enough doses or in the presence of an underlying inflammatory condition, I would avoid it.
Iron also serves as a potent growth factor for pathogens. In the case of an infection, iron supplementation should be discontinued immediately

Well, since I'm in the middle of an infection and/or inflammation, high CRP reading for months now, that's interesting and good to know, thanks. I'd also ask my docs about it if I could get ahold of them which is difficult >:(

If you wear your fanny pack and baggy pants, it's okay. Mind over matter.

Haha I've seen plenty of discussions on steroid forums about the plastic in syringes. It's pretty popular to preload your syringes ahead of time and the question is if and how quickly the steroid oils with the other chems starts breaking down the syringe plastic and especially the plunger rubber. If stored long enough the oil changes color from the rubber. My buddy was paranoid about storing his multiuse vials standing up so the oil wasn't working on the rubber top. I would suppose drug companies have thought about it and didn't think it was a problem. Now that I'm thinking about it I saw some analyses of drugs in preloaded syringes in hospital settings but I can't recall the results right now... :D
Edit, more to add lol. When you use a vial and penetrate the top repeatedly if you look closely you can often see tiny rubber specs floating around. I've been fishing out the specs with another syringe/needle, a pain in the ass but most don't even think about it or don't care :D
Health conscious bodybuilders should go back to those old old reusable metal rigs stored in like a briefcase type thing :D

He never had the makings of a fashionably late entrance. Small brain, that was his problem.
