I have to disagree. Creatine Monohydrate is probably the most studied supplement and is always found to increase muscularity. One study from who knows where isn't about to change 30 plus years os scientific evidence

I'm old enough to remember ICOPRO. "High tech," similar kit idea to Cybergenics. Even if it had been good I think it was too expensive to sell well, probably, and too many components. It even had an aromatherapy pouch included :D Hey, might have "worked," especially if there was a stimulant included in the kit, it might have imprinted your brain in a way :D I recall Cybergenics sold a "high leucine" amino tablet and this was years before most had heard about the importance of leucine, so someone there was reading research :D
There was one "kit" sold briefly that included GHB, I was too young too buy it unfortunately, or maybe fortunately :D

Cybergenics wasn't too bad. The workout program alone would put muscle on a scarecrow. ICOPRO tasted awful and was like drinking wet cement. They buried tons of that unused shit in a landfill. Hopefully it doesn't leak into the drinking water or Connecticut will have a constipation epidemic.

FFS, anyone who's ever taken creatine knows exactly what it does. Does it lead to long term gains? Who knows. But if that feeling of having your muscles engorged with water makes you want to go the the gym more often then go with it. If you think it's a waste of money then fick it.
Sweet Siki, just take it already. Take the leap and get on creatine. But there's a price. After that first hit, you're hooked.

I suspect NO supplements are all placebo, just because I never noticed anything from them :D They might even reduce pumps as increased blood flow helps the blood exit the muscle too. A pump hinders between sets recovery.

I got better pumps from NO than I did creatine. Doesn't matter now because I don't take any supps.

Ok, I'm not saying it was imaginary, but I just suspected there's potentially a lot of placebo going on lol. I really wanted all the NO supps to work on me but they didn't, not that I could tell :D I forget, did you use steroids way back?

Did a cycle back in '97 but wasn't using any supps with it.
