Maniac slashes children with meat cleaver before he’s shot by cops in NYC

Multiple people were slashed with a meat cleaver in Brooklyn on Sunday morning, including several children, before the deranged attacker was shot by police, sources said.

Chinese are pretty mellow usually in NYC, but occasionally you get honor killings or love triangle type things that go really bad. Mass killings, guys climbing up fire escapes and sneaking in windows to surprise kill their victims, etc......
