Better to die young and swole than live to an old age having experienced life's many wonders.

Here's another dead Brazilian bodybuilder. Guilherme Henrique, never heard of him. I guess they only get famous if they die young

It's an honor in Brazil to be buried in a huge casket.

Too many deaths. REALLY hard to believe that it’s all drug related. 💉

Damn, they're dropping like flies. This sucks.
Is there a way to make bodybuilding safe? Maybe just TRT + SARMs, without mystery peptides and all that other crazy shit?
-
There is no way to make it safe now. It’s about going to war, fighting every day. It’s about having garden hoses in your legs while waddling from the knee extension to the leg press. It’s about backne and baldness. The shorter the better. I think organ failure is part of the allure to these freaks now.

SARMs are at least as dangerous as steroids, usually worse. One big problem is blood pressure which many, including myself, have failed to keep tabs on. Causes the kidneys to fail eventually. Then you have the heart enlargement, don't know to what extent that could be prevented but they are attempting to mitigate it to some extent with drugs like the ARBs. The "mystery peptides," some of them, might be useful to mitigate certain side effects of roids. GH in massive amounts is harmful and it's very cheap now so a ton is used. One fella who died recently from another forum was on 50iu a day. Tbombz was on 40iu and had heart failure.

Covid was 5 years ago, when the Brazilians were around age 25. In a third world country like Brazil it was very unlikely for such young people to be vaccinated.
Look at the fitness category guys. They now all have more definition and vascularity than Frank Zane aka "the chemist" in his prime. They don't train harder, they all just use more drugs
It's called "Men's Physique Athletes" apparently, the guys in the surfshorts

Another chemical experiment went wrong at age 35:

Share of the population partially or fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in Brazil from January 19, 2021 to March 22, 2023
https://www.statista.com/statistics/1288019/population-vaccinated-against-covid-brazil/
'The vaccination campaign against COVID-19 in Brazil started on January 2021. Over two years later, around 88 percent of the country's population had received at least one dose of a vaccine against the disease. As of that date, approximately 81.8 percent of Brazilians were fully vaccinated with the recommended amount of doses for immunization.'

Article about the sudden deaths of bodybuilders. I think most doctors underestimate the amount of drugs bodybuilders now take:
https://www.sciencealert.com/sudden-death-among-professional-bodybuilders-raises-health-concerns
Media tend to focus on steroids. They don't seem familiar with diuretics, GH, PMMA, and the drugs bodybuilders take to counter the side effects of the other drugs.
Actually the number of deaths imo still is relatively low, for the extreme substance abuse involved

It's amazing how uninformed the media is on these matters. Not like the info is hard to research.

Quite a lot of bodybuilders also use recreational drugs, on top of their usual stack of PEDs
Heart failures have been killing bodybuilders worldwide for decades. This was ten years ago:
