Title: Compound exercises

Started doing this recently just for variety and find it is one hell of a workout movement:

 ;D

I used to see a well built black instructing people, mostly newbies, to do similar, although it also incorporated a squat. Or jumping over a box, then doing a curl and press and such. For some reason particularly blacks love unconventional movements, also use machines in ways they are not designed to (a la Charles Glass). Not meaning to ridicule the type of training in the video, just what came to mind. If it works, it works 8)

Personally,I do not believe in combining exercises, for bodybuilding purposes anyway, as it`s best to keep all of the blood that you can in the bodypart that you`re training before moving onto the next bodypart.....just my opinion.

Now for circuit training, and/or overall fitness that`s a completely different story.

My opinion as well. I hated Bob Gajda's training (PHA) program even though it is probably very good.
