Title: RUHL and Bob Chick rocking the FIBO !!

Ruhl made Bob a meme in Germany ("ausgebobbt"; like it's over with Bob) with his stories how bad and overhyped Bob was back then and then completely got his ass kicked at the 2001 Night of Champions. Now all the young folks in Germany know Bob Chick because of that :D

OK so I love Markus/Marcus - I mean who doesn't right?  But I'll just leave this here - no shop, no filters, just frame grabs

Also one follow up question - since I did a few cycles back in the day I've always been able to rely on a bit of muscle memory when I take it a bit more seriously after a break.  But how much of what we see for Markus, Bob and Shawn are we ascribing to muscle memory, or maybe a touch of TRT?

Bob`s been training on his Panatta machines.....no clue if he`s on anything at all though.

Shawn looks leaner than usual.

Ruhl looks uhh.....not so good.

Bob looks like he needs to drop about 80 pounds. Shawn looks like he’s dropped half that, good for him. Ruhl, yeah he looks a bit haggard.

Chick is still sporting some decent density and thickness to his arms, not too bad considering the guy is pushing 60

1) Markus - who cares how he looks - he is just an incredibly nice guy so all the best for him
2) Chic literally looks like a bouncer in a Mob movie  - and not particularly healthy
3) Like Markus said, Shawn looks young - and has aged well
