Only one of my gyms had that piece and thought I could now really hit my quads hard. But then I watched a couple of clips and put it off :D Fella at the gym blew out both quads on the belt squat and spent 6 months in hospital, what a nightmare. Reason I have always been paranoid when loading quads heavy :-\

I do sissy squats, but not that low. I don’t think I have the flexibility for it. I usually put something under my heels though too.
