I'm saddened to hear of his death.
Born 8/21/46 so lived to 78.
Was a regular on Iron Age forum.
He was a contemporary of Boyer Coe and took 2nd to him in the '66 Teen America.
He claimed to be a !ifetime natty.

I always wish I could see someone perform some of these routines. Having been in gyms for 40 years I think trainees have somewhat similar capacities, I mean those who push themselves. If the volume is very high I gotta question the quality and intensity of the sets. I think there's some truth to the saying of 'you can either train hard or you can train long.'

I think that saying is accurate in 99% of people.
