Why do German bodybuilders all have such shitty and undersized arms/triceps?

Arnold was Styrian, which is basically Slavs larping as Germans.

Fantastiche V taper ,tiny waist ,huge lats  and biceps  that look like  Dorian’s after  he tore it
This schnitzel has only good hamstrings .
There is only one Adolf that should be back to clean Europe .
