on en empty stomach or with food? Pre or Post workout and before bed or upon rising?
I'm staking it with 600mg Test cyp and I am taking 50mg of it a day.

Well really it doesn’t matter but you should span it out over every few hours or so. So for example you can do something like this.... ::)
Morning - 10mg dbol
Before or After lunch - 10mg dbol
Pre or post workout - 10mg dbol (preferable pre workout)
After dinner - 10mg dbol
This is just an example on how i would run it. You can run it what ever way is convenient to you.

You definately want to break them up throughout the day. Ive taken them with or without food

yup....active for what....3.5 to 5 hours? so split it up accordingly

it will work that way...in the same way one 500mg shot of test a week will work as well. but the object of the game is positive nitrogen balance and consistant blood levels. thats why its better to split up dosages....of dbol...or anything else for that matter.

The short half-life means you can't take it all at once without wasting it and having it aromatize.
