An annuity commercial from Nuveen.

Good for him.  Bonilla has common sense to plan this out for himself.

The payments stop in 2035 so hopefully he has planned for that.

Sorry, funk, but BBD is 7/1

If you miss it, you must wait a year.

Mets deposit $5.9 million in a fixed annuity at 8% for 10 years.

This accumulates to $12,738,000 in 10 years at which point the annuity begins payout for 25 years in annual payments of $1,193,000.

Last payment 25 years from start date of July 2011 or July 2035 when Bonilla is 72 years old.

Bonilla's deal was good for him as otherwise he would probably be broke.

This would have been helpful on 7/1.  Where were you then?
