In Dubai, Morocco etc., all the people manning the competition tanning stations are men. No way they would allow any women back there (naked men). No women on stage either, of course.
In the US all women at the tanning booths. Not a single man. If they opened up that job to men, a bunch of gay dudes might apply, which might cause the male competitors to hyperventilate. And if straight ones wangled there way inside to work with the Bikini girls, the women competitors would yelp and scream (Me Too).
