Try and ask it to be critical (give it a role as an agent), I throw in my doubts as considerations to analysis and ask it to reference certain fields - other wise it tells me I am always right (which can cause issues - holy hell especially with dev work).
To be fair, I no longer use it for dev work and use Cursor/Claude as I had to fix a lot of stuff in a rush.
Gotta ask - did it ask for enzyme tests etc before advising everything? Or vids of presses?

If someone has been on various anabolics and androgens for decades, like Lobliner and you and me have been, even a pound or two from some roid change would be fantastic.
No one is actually adding shit at our ages. If by adding you mean lifetime PRs. Everyone is always claiming to be "gaining." Yeah your strength dipped at some point and now you're recapturing some of that, that's all it is. Though I have actually been able to get some PRs still but it's on "small" shit, like now behind the neck cable tricep extensions or reverse wrist curls :D
