Woman and her girlfriend were arguing with the child's dad and the gf went into the house, came back, pulled a gun and fired at the man, the man pulled his gun and fired back.  Big Black Bitch ends up unalived. 

It seems like he had a case of self defense going until he put those extra shots in her.
