a lot of these champs wrote stuff like that, Mentzer wrote that merely "squeezing" Dumbbells built his forearms ;D
No.. i think unless you´ve outstanding Genetics you have to train them with a few Heavy moves & some isolation work.

My favorite of all time. I don't think anyone has been able to replicate his poses. His arms and shoulders and the tiny waist. Unreal.
I got to meet him at an Olympia expo a long while back. Very nice fellow.

he had his shirts tailored to show his massive arms .. he was a great bodybuilder
his waist was outstanding
