I can't see your posts but the only thing unhealthy is eating an abundance of calories
You can eat shitty food ie. Cakes, chips, cookies etc if your calories are at a submaintaance level
A PhD nutritionist proved this by eating shitty food at submaintance levels and all his blood markers improved

Conversely nutritional deficits when growing is obviously harmful. I wonder if micronutrient supps would be warranted for kids just as insurance to cover all bases. If I'm not mistaken expectant mothers are given folic acid supps for example; it's actually recommended to be started 3 months before even trying to conceive.

Yes I know; well I assume you're about right. Low bodyweight and low calorie intake and suppressing anabolism by lowering IGF-1 and mTor signaling probably extends life. But on the other hand, increasing anabolism, for example through EAA supps improves some health parameters in the elderly. Reason I mention EAAs is I again glanced through this ISSN position paper on amino supps:

It's already added 3/4 on my arms.in 4 dayz thanks to its muscle filling effect

I think he should stay on it year round trt style and blast it even harder twice per year. No test base and definitely would not add proviron to it.

You missed the part where they said if you run it with a test base then it becomes cardio and Neuro protective due to the estrogen produced by the test ask more plates more dates 😉

How long are you staying on deca?
I plan t run it at 60 mgs daily which is 420 mgs for 12 weeks
Then after that drop ot to 40 mgs daily for life
Maybe even drop ic to 20 or 30 mgs daily
I know it still gives a very strong cosmetic effect for me ar as low as 200 mgs weekly
That's what I was on here along with 200 mgs test weekly

I do plan to staying on it year-round but definitely with a tsest base, see my above post to vanb
AI says I'll get my maximum benefits from it running it at 60 mgs daily or roughly 400 mgs weekly
It said 600+ will just make me hold water outside the muscle and not inside the muscle which is what 200-400 mgs does
