I watched a minute of it, branch wearing wrist wraps and a belt to do machine dips with shit form and zero triceps size was enough for me. Douchebag to the fullest. Never was a good bodybuilder and now hes old.

Oh look. How nice. It’s the angry, mangled, and irritable gnome that got downright enraged when he was asked his height and weight at an expo.
Imagine if he tried to fight you. All you would need to do is run. Picture him trying to run after you while he would be yelling with his stupid Texas drawl. I estimate about 20 seconds before he drops to the ground out of breath and probably with both hamstrings blown out.

He'd unironically win the O with that physique today. That negro fella Dauda is unimpressive, and Derek Lunsford is worse everywhere. (Except maybe the lats, but Branch's lats aren't exactly a glaring weakness, and Branch's dry conditioning destroys Lunsford's glazed-donut look.)
