Title: Oldschool arm workout with JoJ and Branch Warren !!

Great to see these guys still train as intense in their 50s, makes you realize how pussified most modern day pros are training

Imagine if he tried to fight you. All you would need to do is run. Picture him trying to run after you while he would be yelling with his stupid Texas drawl. I estimate about 20 seconds before he drops to the ground out of breath and probably with both hamstrings blown out.
