lol. The missing calf was preordained
The name Kalecinski is of Polish origin, deriving from the Polish word "kalec," meaning "crippled" or "lame," and the common Polish surname suffix "-ski," which denotes a connection to a place or lineage. The name likely originated as a nickname for an individual with a physical disability or as a descriptor for a family trait.

"Kalecinski" is 100% Polish/Slavic. Not even remotely Germanic, lmao.
It turns up in Germany because a bunch of Poles moved there for better wages. It's almost as easy for a Pole to move to Germany as it would be for an American in Georgia to move to Florida. The difference is that in Germany from about 1995-2015, you'd earn more than twice as much money than you would in Poland.
Most of these expat Poles work manual labor jobs like plumbing, hence the popular meme...

LEGENDS???????????? 3 washed up has-beens that are more known for their vile and shady past acts than what they accomplished in "the sport." No one outside "the sport" even knows who they are.
Why is Dexter even there? No one wants him there. Can't wait for his riveting speech on the benefits of Hibachi Chicken lunches with no oil on the grill.

Urs looks like he's being held against his will to pose with those schmoes. Something troubling and off-putting about the 2nd fellow. There is something deeply concerning about him. Hopefully his whereabouts will be accounted for during this weekend.

The Press Conference..... when all those former stars who never won the O (except Dex) show up and try to remind everyone that they are still relevant today.

Large parts of what now is Poland used to belong to Prussia. People living there were part of the German Empire

"This Olympia has been bittersweet for me. Of course, this is bodybuilding's biggest show. It has a rich history to it. And being this is my final Mr. Olympia, I hope to achieve the 1st place that I have dreamed of and worked so very hard to achieve over the long days of my career. And while I value the experience of competing against my fellow competitor here in the USA, I cannot stop wishing that this experience will be over soon. I have a very hard time existing in this wysypisko śmieci that is America. I am repulsed by all the piggish Americans, their disgusting food, the constant smells of sewage on their crime infested streets, and the many more horrible parts of USA life that are not something I would ever want to live in or experience for the remainder of my life." -Urs Kalecinski 2025

lmao, are you trying to tell me that a guy named Kalecinski is German? Everybody on the continent knows, immediately, the moment they see or hear his name, that he's Polish.
This reminds me of the "let me tell you about your country" meme.
The Germans who lived in lands which are now occupied by Poland were displaced -- and those Germans were German-speaking, with German surnames.
Kalecinski is obviously one of those Polish expats, or his parents were.
