I saw a man who was going through this a few months back. He was actually in the middle of the street dancing and moaning on the double yellow line. Everyone just drive around him. I called the police. He eventually danced along into a parking lot and slumped over against a dumpster. After about 20 mins the cop drove by slowly and into the parking lot…apparently didn’t see him…and drove away. Well he began dancing again in the parking lot and I called them back and the cops came back in about 10 mins…they told me they knew of him, knew how he danced…and couldn’t do anything.
Other sad and crazy thing I saw was a huge 6’3 250lbs guy high on pcp attacking a grandma and her kids. Well there happened to be an undercover cop inside the store this was happening outside of. The undercover cop came running out and eventually body slammed him to the floor and they began fighting. Blood everywhere and soon about 10 cops came driving in extremely fast and they all subdued him.
