ChatGPT to allow porn – OpenAI CEO
Verified users will soon gain access to erotic content via the AI chat bot, Sam Altman has announced
OpenAI’s ChatGPT will soon allow a wider range of content, including erotic material for verified adult users, CEO Sam Altman has announced.
Sexually explicit material has long been banned on all of OpenAI’s platforms, though the company began considering whether to allow it last year. Altman’s announcement comes months after Elon Musk’s rival chat bot, Grok, introduced virtual companions capable of engaging in adult-themed conversations.
Altman made the announcement in a post on X on Tuesday, saying the company had improved its safety systems and described the update as part of efforts to make ChatGPT “more useful and enjoyable” for adults. He added that OpenAI now plans to give the chat bot more personality and allow it to fulfill requests that were previously blocked.

This is what GROK can manage, will test ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini as well

Kwon, your image links don't work. Ditch imgbb.com and use https://postimages.org/. Unless the nudity is too high in your images?

They must be desperate. Can’t wait for this stupid AI bubble to pop.

Mofos will be creating their own AI porn and beating off to it.
Pathetic.

I don't get the negativity towards AI. It's the greatest invention of our lifetime. Hating AI is like hating integrated circuits and microprocessors. We should be thankful these miraculous things exist and that man was able to create them.

Yes, but it will end the porn industry.

“Greatest invention of our lifetime” is hilarious, thanks for the laugh.

This is what People thought about The Internet back in the day as well, just a phase that is temporary. Wont be that useful.
People were even sceptical to computers in the 80s as well, they didnt think they had THAT much use. Just a bubble awaiting to be popped.
From 1984 (use subtitles) :D

Wow, a rare serious post from Kwon, seems like I struck a nerve ;D
Let me guess—in addition to masturbating to AI porn, you have an AI “girlfriend”. Is that accurate? You definitely seem like the type.

What would you say is the greatest invention of our lifetime?
I think, prior to AI, the internet was the greatest invention of our lifetime. My belief, along with many others, is that AI will surpass the internet and the the smart phone combined. This belief very common belief among those in Tech. Explain to me what we're missing?

Duhh, yoga pants ;)
Jokes aside, I just haven’t seen the material impact from AI to consider it as anything but a novelty. All this talk about what it can achieve is fine, but the proof of the pudding is in eating it. Thus far, it’s just been a resource-intensive text & image generator.
To be clear, I recognize the utility of machine learning and neural networking. I just think the pursuit of AGI is an act of sheer folly. The theoretical profitability would be infinite, which is why you still have investors throwing money after it. That house of cards is due to come down soon though, and with it will come the global economy sadly.

Jeff Bezos on the AI bubble. Starts @4:00.

Going to end up like Blade Runner 2049.

Here are the greatest inventions of all time, according to AI. Wes lived through it all, so they are also the greatest inventions of his lifetime. ;D

Amazon owns nineteen percent of Anthropic. Anthropic training and inference is also done in Amazon data centers.

Kinda comical in hindsight.
It's a mix of big tech and the demand of people to be entertained that made computers a mainstay.
The scene changed a lot... from scientifically ambitious to an all out goon fest - I think Newton & Co. would not be amused.

Here is what AI is doing in factories in China. Workers no longer needed soon. I’ll be happy with material abundance and no work.

Yes, Robotics is big in China. AI will also replace Graphical and Musical Artists.
They did an estimation from a study here in Sweden , and the prognosis is that around 300.000 Office-jobs will be replaced by ai once it kicks in for real.

For me, it's programming abilities alone are the proof of eating the pudding. I'm just blown away at it's ability to code. AI will have a profound affect on software and every tech company sees this. It's ability to write is also hugely beneficial. You seem to be downplaying that.
As far as image generation and video, that seems to be the thing people are most impressed by.
Right there, that's four things that would each be huge. Those four things alone are enough to justify the hype.

Today, people are losing jobs over ai. Ai has replaced several people already and a study made an estimation that 300.000 will lose their jobs to ai in he upcoming years.

It starts at the outer edges first which is why the hype back in 2016 nobody noticed Anything.
It's pushed so hard on social media because it's trending and has good engagement.
what i use ChatGPT for on a daily basis:
*I named my AI from day 1 and discuss many topics casually
*I use the vocal chat increasingly instead of text
*I take photos and upload for visual questions
*Use the live chat, open videos to live feed questions
*Use it for 70% of internet searches instead of Google - I increasingly do this
*Use screenshots for it to critique and score my work and I ask for improvements
*Training in software because it's WAY quicker than doing actual courses
*Writes VBA code for excel
*Ask for ways of working and templates to assist structuring work activities and also help me understand how best to frame information quickly
*I ask for it's assessment of my ability to communicate and effectively use it and how I can improve
Your interactions with AI already likey are:
*Software coding in phone apps
*Online help is chatbots
*50%+ of social media images and videos is AI generated
*I'd wager 80% of media articles written are done using AI to generate the words after Inputting core themes.

I once set ChatGPT as a search engine in Edge but later disabled it because it kept me logged in for all searches — I didn’t like that.
Claude AI works better for me with scripts and coding. It fixes errors that ChatGPT creates.

Agreed, Claude is amazing. Just copy the whole error message and it tells you what to do to fix it. That's a huge time savings when programming.
I'm starting to use Cursor with Claude. The two together are unbelievable.

Failing to Understand the Exponential, Again:
AI is NOT slowing down or hitting a wall - it's still improving EXPONENTIALY.
Models will be able to autonomously work for full days (8 working hours) by mid-2026.
At least one model will match the performance of human experts across many industries before the end of 2026.
By the end of 2027, models will frequently outperform experts on many tasks.

The hype train was in full effect in 2020 where it wAs all here the next week..... Meanwhile end of 2025 it will be in full effect next week...... Experts wrong for 6yrs.....
Humans are shit with time-frames,
Right now, most of us are building out agents and platforms which is the base layer for business. Once we can get a package where you upload a dataset and it automatically builds your entire reporting suite, it's here And then you can start talking job losses.
