Seems like they dubbed over the video to create a viral video that shows the wacky world of the USA.

I’m not sure what some of you people think of the USA, but I think it’s fine over here. We’ve got tasty pizza and good burgers. Bunch of Trader Joe’s, and a lot of good food down South. Sure there are bad parts, like in Roseland or East Garfield Chicago. But the same can be said for other parts of the world, like monotowns or Tuva Russia.
