Years ago I ran a small nutrition store and helped a morbidly obese woman lose about 300lbs over a year and a half. She had to get skin removed after but it was really cool watching her transform her body. Do the impossible. Much respect to the guy in the video. It must be tough.

Another derailed thread by you bi-polar fuckers that can't stay on track. This dude understood he was obese and wanted to change his life. he wanted to get into bodybuilding and it probably saved his life from being obese. Losing that weight was a hell of a lot harder than putting that weight on. He obviously went through some skin removal surgeries, trained and dieted his ass off and yes, probably took some gear before he stepped on stage (his goal). I'm going to take a wild guess that the ones on here criticizing are the one's that have no concept of what kind of mind set it takes to get anywhere near this.
