You should watch the Bear TV Series. It's great. They are as skilled as the guy in this video. It's intense to see what chefs go through. It's brutal work in the restaurant business. I watched the first episode of Season 3 and was hooked. S03E01 is a masterpiece. It's almost like a movie on its own.
