Especially for somebody whos entire life for the past 25+ years has revolved around lifting, eating, sleeping and nothing else. I bet there are plenty of guys out there who are on a moderate TRT dose, eat pretty much whatever they want and have a few drinks every weekend who look pretty much the same :D
