Got an email from Vitamin Shoppe about German Creatine. Never heard of it. Sounds like a better quality or more $$. Not sure if it's worth it.

There's no way I would trust clicking on that link.
Who cares about creatine anyway? Just take any creatine you want. Or don't. It's not going to help you set world records. You're not going to drink your creatine and apple juice then sprint to the gym and be able to deadlift 500 lbs.

Yeah; not sure what happened to that link. I'm not a fan of creatine but I haven't taken any in 20 years.

I only drink creatine developed by post-WW2 German Jew scientists. The pre-WW2 stuff was even purer.

I would be careful with the link. Just find a basic monohydrate if you really want to try it.
