Kids a fucking pussy. He really thinks doing 300 reps is hard? I’ve been doing 1000 rep arm workouts for years. And I’m at least twice imhis age and prob 100 lbs heavier and I don’t bitch a 1/4 as much as he does. Then he rates it a 6.1 so if it’s so hard and amazing what is better? Gif I hate people today.

You are, as that one inmate said of Arnold in "Pumping Iron," an "all the way big dude," 😆 Certainly much bigger than I ever was. What are you weighing these days, Rob? Any TRT?

Thank you again bro. I’m 267 as of this morning and trt is 60mgs of test subq every 5 days calories are 2200 Just came down from 285 where trt was 70mgs every 5 days and calories 3000. Trying to get down to 250. So gonna drop trt to 50mgs every 5 days and just dropped calories to 1500 yesterday. Just started my walking again as well. Already feeling small haha. Lifting weights is a shitty mind fuck.

How do you break those reps down to the number of sets and reps each? I am sure you must mean 500 reps for biceps and 500 for triceps?

Most my arm workouts are 25 sets of bis and 25 sets of tris these days and my sets are between 15-50. So it’s anywhere 500-1000 for each. Sometimes I’ll just do Arms for a few hours while watching tv and before I know it I’ve done 50-60 sets of each. And something like 1500+ for each. I absolutely love training arms more than anything. An arm pump makes me so fucking happy. Nothing better than sore arms for a week.
