Title: Paul vs Tate
Post by: LurkerNoMore on December 22, 2025, 06:21:53 AM
These two losers should face each other next.

Though to Paul's credit, he did face an opponent of some renown skills.

The allure of Paul was that folks wanted to see him get cracked.

Now he has, I wonder if it goes anywhere after.

Then again, put him up against someone else the public feels the same about, and who knows?

Pretty sure that was the allure of the Tate fight as well.  And it delivered.  Those pink gloves did the impossible.  They found his chin.

my theory re the AJ fight is that Paul was given 4 rounds to run around a bit and AJ would unload on 5 onwards.

Which he did. Every time the clinched paul went down. when he got his he went over. his jaw is now fucked. I doubt he fights for at least a year and certainly not with anyone who is heavier. As for tate it shows the issue with small federation 'kick boxing' and boxing.

With Tate it showed how poor his judgement was in an effort to be relevant.

I guess he forgot he wasn't in the "Matrix".

he was leaning back a lot during the fight, its a good job he doesnt have a chin or he would have been cleaned out

For real.  His footwork was dog shit.  And the other guy threw punches like a drunken baby.  Uppercut uppercut uppercut -that was telegraphed three days before thrown it seemed -   It was like watching an autistic children smash the uppercut button on a Mortal Kombat game over and over.

That's exactly what it looked like.

1st round I saw AJ move in on Paul who back into the ropes, only to have AJ pull back and not throw a punch.  Could have leveled him.

facially paul came out for round 5 looking pensive. the first 4 rounds he didnt. every time AJ came forward he took a knee.

one thing i will give paul he has at least trained properly. but like brian if its not there its not there. and he looked relieved once he had been hit it was over.

tate and his fan boys should be embarassed to fuck

Did you think Andrew Tate was the best fighter in the world?

They had a deal to wait until the later rounds.  A win win for everyone. Now we know the Tyson fight was BS for sure.  Tyson stuck to the script.

Hell no.  But anyone that gets to hand pick his opponent - who is not great by any means - and spends years talking "alpha male" shit online all day, had better win.   But he ended up looking like he face planted on concrete while the other guy looked like he had just climbed two flights of stairs.

once you hit 40 most people have shot punch resistance- so throw quick hard and accurately

and the ones who claim to have never been hurt are the ones who fold easiest because theyve never been hit let alone hurt

He fought in 2020.

Despite that little factoid, he would have had 10 years to train, heal from old injuries, put in some sweat, and at least remain on his feet more.  But no.  The boy was scared.  It was evident at the press conference.  I mean, he even bet on himself to lose.  That says a lot.

he may have bet on Chase to win, no bookie takes bets on someone losing.
