Yes, I have read many reports that the REAL stuff works. My personal experience has been is that is acts as an appetite suppressor - nothing more - and I don't think it's meant to do any more than that. I frequently get the nighttime munchies for crap I could care less about at any other time. It's mostly mental. :-\ If I take the hoodia around 4 or so, then I really don't have a problem. I really don't think about munching later in the evening. There is no thermic effect, no energy effect, nor does it make you feel full.
I've used Sci-Fit and Dietex. Both seem to work equally as well even tho their profiles are different. The liquid Dietex is nasty. Caps seem to work fine.

it's now being added to a lot of thermogenic fat burners because of it's appetite suppression abilities. do you think that matters? I mean should I bother paying for a seperate supplement?

Well, that would be up to you. If you feel you need the appetite suppression, then by all means... Personally, that's my biggest problem. I can eat clean and within my caloric range all day long with no thought to hunger or taste (I can eat weird combos during the day just in the name of nutrition), but 10pm rolls around and honey roasted peanuts start calling my name. The one time I tried clen, my appetite was out of control (go figure :-\ ), so if I try it again, hoodia will def be in the stack. EC does nothing to suppress the munchies for me.

thanks for the info

Instead of using hoodia to kill a food craving. I just drink a few tall glasses of water. I dont think the stomach can tell the difference as long as its full you shouldnt be hungry. Not sure if the science backs that up, but it does work for me.

well i know that water helps, and i am drinking more of it. However if i drink that much water i get up multiple times during the night to pee. I only get a handful of hours sleep as it is.
