Also, is it sick cold where you are? We have a strange winter, for 2 weeks now its been warmand melting which is unheard of for this freezer bowl

....and lots more & a host of T-Michael stuff,Gorilla Wear,House Of Pain,etc. etc. and a veritable ton of clown pants,and Ottomix kicks........all color co-ordinated of course.
Some black dude at my gym told me I bring California to Massachusettes. LOL ;D

full dept squats are better for knees if done in correct form. Also you get a more full stretch and contraction of the quadricep, patellar tendon and glutes as well.
Do you do halv reps in bicep curls or bench press? No? Why do it on legs.
Pure laziness imo :D
the laziness is what irks me, and why I say only faggits does half rep legs

Who cares if you half squat or quarter squat or squat ATG?
Why, what happens when you half squat? Is there a gym police force that will appear and issue you a citation? Do they then ban you from the gym?
What if you just go to the gym and enjoy playing around with half squats? All you care about is having fun and not getting bored. No plans to compete. Just fun. Why is that so bad?
That’s great you can squat 405 calves to ankles. How has your life improved since? So after you squat this, how many people come over to you and ask for your autograph? How about when you walk to your car after leaving the gym? Does a crowd of cheering people surround you and congratulate you? How about when you’re walking down the streets and alleys? Do people notice you from across the way and exclaim “there goes greatness!”?
What is someone can only squat to 90 degrees? And they feel perfect at that depth and their legs have never felt better?
At the end of day, who cares about anything in life? Full squats? 405 bench? 405lb zercher? Having a Ferrari? Washing your car each week? Best yard on the block? Best pizza slice? Who cares? Ok great. Only real men squat ATG? Okay? But who cares?

Years ago I would have shot down this post and fully agreed with MAXX.....now I salute it........good stuff Gene.
