Assuming yes and also watching, at least in the western world. Basing this on the fact that some dj types got done for ordering sex dolls that looked like preteens from China
Also that ai fight scene was pretty bad. I would guess they use stuntmen/actors and green screens for capturing human movement and then fill everything else in with AI, including physical appearance.

AI would have been fine if people used it to create a funny video here and there. Or to make tutorials on fixing parts of your house or car. Like this video of the Bulldog driving:
People have went overboard with AI where now when you watch a video you have to decipher if it’s an actual real video or not.
Terminator 2 was not a movie. It was a warning message for humanity. Tesla is Skynet. Next step is human decision will be removed from AI programming.

Looking at cop bodycam videos and crime docs I vaguely thought even pretty non-lifelike cartoons with characters looking like children, such as manga porn, was already criminal in the US but maybe I'm wrong. Perhaps interesting from a legal perspective.
