That's real conditioning, aside from the SEO I dig Hadi Choopan. One of the last old school type physiques left.

Without SEO they would be several inches smaller too.

He’s probably one of the only bodybuilder that actually looks the same in his gym shots and on stage freak

IMO he looks 10X better than Derek Lunsford. Derek looks like a glazed donut compared to Choopan.

The only negatives to his physique are the pointy shoulders/oil use and relatively weak forearms.  Gives him that Branch Warran T-rex look.
