I would like to believe he will be sh*t. I don't think it will happen. As long as he's armed with knives and no longer has access to potential victims, they're going to be stuck attempting to negotiate with this utter pile of shit.
Of course, he'll let this play out until he gets hungry, then surrender. He'll mock everyone as he's escorted to the patty wagon and laugh when the courts give him a light sentence. Courts across the UK are an embarrassment.
I suppose there's an outside chance that a hasty team could breach the door and shoot him if he's still armed with the knives. But I'd guess those odds are slim to none.

Yes. I remember in 2020, riots had been going on in downtown Portland for well over 100 days straight. There are documentaries that refer to "100 nights" of protests, I guess because it's a nice eye catching number, but they went on for about a year before they started to decrease. One thing is the police department there has limitations on what they can call a riot vs protest vs a civil disturbance vs a march vs a demonstration or public order event. And for 100 days it was legitimately classified as a riot. Though the behavior didn't change much after 100 days it fell into one of the other categories.
Anyway, I worked in downtown Portland at the time and lived close to downtown Portland. One evening my neighbors invited me over for dinner and during the course of the conversation I mentioned the riots. My neighbor looked at me and said 'oh, those are still going on?' It was unbelievable to me that someone could live less than a mile away from an area where every fucking day protestors were destroying property, fighting with cops, assaulting random citizens who just happened to turn down the wrong street, lighting fires, etc..
I asked myself 'how the fuck can they NOT know this shit is happening less than a mile away from where they live?
And it basically boiled down to their quality of life. They both had good jobs, lived in a beautiful neighborhood, had all the amenities of a comfortable, leisurely existence, a pool, hot tub, boat, nice cars, SUV's, regular vacations. It simply didn't concern them and they weren't going to disrupt their comfort to take a stand against these 'bad actors' destroying their city.
And it's a microcosm of white, western living.

Two weeks ago, I went snow skiing in the morning and played 18 holes that same afternoon. Came home, made a delicious carne asada dinner with my voluptuous Mexican wife; drank wine and had anal sex on the couch.
What business is any of this to me? They can burn the whole city down, starting with the governor's mansion.
