Fuck that - Not for me that type of weather its bad enough here in UK with 3-4months of shitty
Winter weather - I'm so looking forward to moving to warmer sunnier climate.

Had my levels tested recently.

I was a 107 on a scale of 50-80 which is considered toxic.

Only took 2000iu a day.

I did read that alot of folks don't absorb in pill form, so I used liquid and always took with a small amount of fat.

So, responsible, smart, and educated supplementation of peace.

That led to toxic levels.
