They could use his real voice coupled with an AI generated body. A big muscular barbarian with a gray hair and beard.

Arnold looked great at the classic and he'd bust his balls for this. King conan was always written for the older warrior, he can still swing the sword like back in the day as he posted a video doing so a couple of years back.

I'd like to see him finish off with something decent and well thought out, conan is something he's always wanted to do. Yea he might have a limp but he looking solid and like I say can still swing a sword, upper body movement is good. Fubar was absolute shit, I'd like to see him redeem that.

Originally, they wanted Arnold's Conan character to be in his early 60's for Conan 3, It would've happened around the time he was in "The Expendables" when he was around 65. Realistically, he'll be 80 or 81 (or older) before anything happens with this new film.

they can pull it off .... as youngsters don't care what's real or not "

Arnold hasn't got the shrivelled old man look with the big ears and nose, he still looks solid they just need to build something worthwhile around him

Following comic lore.... Conan had a son Conn who was groomed to take his place as king. This movie would be a good opportunity follow that story arc and perhaps continue the franchise with a new actor in the lead.
Side note, there are many original Conan novels written. I have probably read all of them at one point. It was hard to believe that the man that created this world so descriptively and imaginatively killed himself when he was only 30 years old. The Conan universe is as deep and complex as Harry Potter or LOTR.
