If you can swing it and look like that, it's sensible. Way less stress on the kidneys. Gotta watch out for the 'beetus, though.

Could be 450 total as they usually just count animal sources. Not that 300 grams is very little anyway.

Some would say replacing carbs with fat would most likely reduce insulin sensitivity. Some of these guys have great sensitivity despite 1000 grams of carbs a day.
