Hi
I am new and testing out. But also iso community? I am restarting and wondering about bodybuilding boards in general.
Like why aren't there more boards out there in the first place? I hope more posters get on here. Cause who doesn't want to be ripped???
The last time I had a regular routine was a few years ago. But I am making meal preps, have my recommendations. There are
tons and tons of ppl, youtube channels, etc, telling ppl what routines they do, hey you should do this, this is what I do, etc. I recall bodybuilding.com back in the day, that is gone now.
Where are all the average lifters out there posting for feedback?
Is this allowed to ask?
I am currently at 150# & looking to pack on about another 25, for however long it takes. Im 5' 6", btw.
thanks for reading and get ripped y'all!

Very few visit this board. Everyone is on the G&O.

Welcome back to the gym life! Honestly, I think there’s still a lot of value in having a place where average lifters can share what they’re doing and get some real feedback instead of just following whatever routine is trending on YouTube.
At 150 lbs and looking to add another 25, I’d focus less on finding the “perfect” routine and more on getting consistent with your training, eating enough, and gradually getting stronger. Give it time and let the results build.
And yeah… getting ripped sounds a lot better when you don't have to live in the gym. Good luck with the restart!

Better go on gear if you are getting ripped. Natties with low bodyfat just look small and weak.
