Is the modern focus on flawless photos and viral reels causing athletes to prioritize looks over genuine strength and discipline? Could this shift be eroding the sports core values, or is it simply a new way to inspire and motivate the community?

for sure social media affects things

as in bodybuilding guys are scared of cycling off giving their body a break and recovery just because they don't want to look smaller on social media
