Too cold up there for me. The south has plenty of areas with low crime, low taxes, and better weather. Most metros look diverse on paper, but that diversity tends to be segregated and split along urban vs. suburban lines, sometimes right down to the neighborhood.

Living in a town like that is great growing up but as an adult it is difficult to find good jobs and women.
